Bubblehead is a pilot for a TV show about a young actress struggling for fame in Hollywood. She suffers a stage accident while auditioning for a movie production of Macbeth, slipping on blood and getting knocked unconscious. She wakes up with the supernatural ability to read though bubbles over the heads of everyone she meets-directors, producers, other actors, homeless people. With this new ability she is faced with the temptation to take the easy route to cheap Reality TV fame, or rely on her talent for something more valuable.

Malibu Fire is a pilot for a TV show about a young fire-fighter from Montana named Cooper, who is transferred to a small fire station in Malibu. From the mountains in the least populated part of the United States, Cooper lands among the swimming pools and movie stars of Malibu-Hollywood’s favorite seaside bedroom community. As he spends the summer responding to accidents on PCH, dealing with grumpy movie stars and rehabbing rock stars, snake bites, shark attacks and all the little dramas of Malibu, Cooper faces the overall drama of Malibu-the threat of raging brushfires that threaten to engulf the town.
